產品使用:
將(jiang)甘油菌在新鮮(xian)配制的固體培(pei)養基(ji)(相應抗性)中劃線,37℃培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)箱培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)過夜,挑取(qu)3個單克隆,分別接(jie)種(zhong)于相應抗(kang)性(xing)的液體培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)基中,37℃搖(yao)床培(pei)(pei)養(yang)(yang)過夜,然后進(jin)行質粒(li)的提取(qu)和(he)驗證。
