產品使用:
將甘(gan)油菌在新鮮(xian)配制的固體培養基(相應抗(kang)性)中(zhong)劃線,37℃培(pei)養(yang)(yang)箱培(pei)養(yang)(yang)過夜,挑取(qu)3個(ge)單(dan)克(ke)隆,分別接種(zhong)于(yu)相應(ying)抗性的(de)液體培(pei)養(yang)(yang)基中,37℃搖床培(pei)養(yang)(yang)過夜,然后進行(xing)質粒的(de)提取(qu)和驗證。
